晶体生长研究所

 

晶体生长研究所创立于2008年,现有教授4人,副教授4人,讲师及辅助人员6人,在读研究生20余人。研究所坚持以应用研究为导向,兼顾相关基础研究,发展自己的特色。拥有包括闪烁性能、霍尔系数等在内的测试设备,以及提拉法、下降法、导模法、VGF法、助熔剂法、冷坩埚法、泡生法等各种晶体生长设备,其中坩埚下降法生长技术为本实验室特色,在国内外有重要影响。上海市优秀学科带头人徐家跃教授担任研究所所长。研究所先后承担有国家863项目、国家973前期专项、国家自然科学基金项目、上海市基础研究重点项目等课题以及多项产学研项目,年科研经费400万元以上,年发表论文40余篇。

主要研究方向:

1)功能晶体生长研究:包括压电晶体、闪烁晶体等;

2)半导体晶体及其应用研究:以GaAsZnTeZnO等为主;

3)纳米结晶与粉体合成:各种功能纳米晶体研究;

4)晶体生长装备研究:提拉炉、下降炉、助熔剂炉等。
